Phil Earley, a principal with Lieberman Earley & Company in Wayne, PA., represented the owner, Andrews Bridge Associates III, LP.
Jeff Barker and Kim Finnerty of Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia, PA , assisted the tenant in this transaction.
The aggregate rental of the extended lease is in excess of $228,000.
